Amy Wong has long had an interest in travel, food and writing—dreaming of roaming (and eating) in distant countries throughout her childhood—and has been fortunate enough to incorporate all three in her career. While her first writing exploits came in the form of letters to pen pals, she began getting her work published in the late 1990s after returning from a three year stint in Asia. Amy has since toured the globe, widening her perspective and deepening her palate while writing for publications such as ENTRÉE Travel Newsletter, Islands Media, Black Book, Healing Lifestyles & Spas, LA Yoga, Traveler Overseas, San Francisco Magazine, Santa Barbara Magazine and others. When not on the road, Amy sets up camp in Santa Barbara, California.
